With its exposed brick walls, south-facing views and that incredible private rooftop terrace, this is a sunlit oasis that fits right into its Kensington environs. Cross the threshold and climb to the main level, where you’ll find the expansive open-plan living area. Awash in natural light, your eyes are immediately drawn to the exposed brick wall in the kitchen – evoking the sophisticated flair of an Upper East Side loft. It contrasts beautifully with the sleek white kitchen, made even more refined by the round edges of the counters and the mirrored splashback. Nearby, the living area is cosy and bright, illuminated by the dormer windows. Relax on one of the two plush sofas and either watch a flick on the TV opposite or choose a book from the nearby bookcase. When you’re ready for some food or entertainment, the sun-drenched dining table is the perfect gathering place. Meander through the hallway to reach the bedroom. Centred on an endlessly plush super king-sized bed and coloured a relaxing powder blue, this is the perfect space for some R&R after a long day of sightseeing. There’s plentiful storage and some large French doors if you need a bit of fresh air. The second bedroom is spacious and airy, and features a double bed. The bathroom is spacious, modern and sleek, adorned all in grey tile with timber accents. A large walk-in shower with a rainfall head greets you at the end of the room, and you’ll also find a toilet and wash basin. Then, climb one more flight of stairs and find the pièce de resistance – your own private rooftop terrace. Take in the rooftops of Kensington or enjoy a cocktail on the large outdoor sofa in the sun. The apartment is located on the third floor with no lift access. The washing machine can be located in the kitchen. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities. Hosting by Veeve We will personally welcome you on arrival, help you settle in, and share local recommendations. The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens and towels, and we provide complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays. For your security and comfort, we ask all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID prior to arrival. Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing. Other things to note No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. Pets are not allowed in Veeve homes unless agreed directly with a member of our Team, and on a strictly case by case basis. The lead guest must be at least 21 years old. Veeve reserves the right to refuse a booking if it thinks the property may be used for a party. Please be aware, once a booking is confirmed you will be required to complete a Rental Agreement, as well as ID verification via our partners Truvi. This is mandatory for all of our stays.
