Quiet double B and B in Dumfries

Only a 10 minute walk into town. Large room with king size bed, TV, workstation, armchairs and private bathroom on the first floor of my warm and artistic home. Close to pubs, shops and restaurants, railway station and arts cinema. You can use my garden, kitchen and dining areas. cooked breakfast is included. Sole use of upstairs, with extra double bedroom let exclusively to members of the same group sharing the upstairs bathroom, contact Jenny for availability and rate for the additional room The space You have exclusive use of the upstairs of my modern, cosy home. Your bedroom has everything you need to relax, 2 armchairs and a desk to work from, TV and a king size bed. The bathroom next to your room is for your sole use, and has a bath, WC and shower. I serve a cooked breakfast which is included in your room price. You can choose from eggs, pancakes, cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt and toast with preserves. You may use my kitchen to make hot drinks any time, heat and prepare your own food if you wish to eat in, use my dining areas and the outdoor seating in the garden. You can park up to 2 cars on my drive, or there is always extra parking on the road outside my house. Guest access You are free to use my garden, kitchen, dining area, conservatory and all of the upstairs. During your stay I will normally arrange to be home to meet you and show you round. If you are arriving very late or I am cannot be home when you plan to arrive due to another commitment I will give you the code to a key box which gives you access through my front door. I love to meet people and chat, but also respect your privacy. Other things to note I can pick you up from the railway station or bus station should you wish, and if you need safe dry storage for bicycles or motorcycles I have space in my garage.
