This Tiny home is off grid and offers modern conveniences. Set on a private paddock and overlooking towering Mountain Ash and Giant Tree Ferns you will find our Tiny house that has been set up as a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat for a single , couple or close friends. One bedroom offers a Queen Bed and the other has a single bed. Both are accessed by steep stairs or a ladder and are low roof lofts above the living space, but here..it is all about the magnificent outdoors. The space This Tiny house is in the middle of a large paddock (over 5 acres) and is designed to have very little impact of the property. It is solar powered and has filtered rain water, composting toilet and starlink. It has a smart TV, reverse cycle air conditioning for heating and cooling, gas cooking and BBQ, microwave, and a separate bathroom as well as an outdoor bath. The living space inside is comfortable for 3 guests with a small lounge and fold away dining table. One bedroom offers a queen bed up the steep staircase and the second smaller bedroom offers a single bed accessed by the ladder. The small deck has plenty of space to sit and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
