A private room with your own WC in a beautiful semi-detached house. 5-10 minute walk to ASDA, pubs, restaurants or bus stations. 15 minute walk to Leeds Stadium. 10 minute driving to Leeds city centre. You can help yourself for a continental breakfast. No cooking but kettle, fridge, microwave, oven (ready meals only) and crockery can be shared. The accommodation sleeps max.2 adults. Laundry available for over a 5-day stay. Off-street parking at the front. The space This quiet, spacious and comfortable room has a good quality and supportive double mattress (Simba Hybrid), made up with fresh, soft linens, a single wardrobe and a relaxing workspace. You will have access to the shared spaces in the rest of the house, including one bathrooms (one with walk in shower), a downstair toilet, a bright cottage-style kitchen, cosy dinning room with wood burner, and garden- shared with myself and my husband. Towels, toiletries, tea and coffee, will be provided. No shoes inside (leave them at the porch) please! This is a recently refurbished house with new carpets. Re-usable or disposal slippers can be provided as request. Guest access The downstair toilet would be yours during your stay. The common shared areas: kitchen, dining, living, bathroom and garden. Other things to note Just let me know if there is anything else you might need during your stay. A 10% loyalty discount can be applied to your reservations for those guests who have stayed with us.
