It's only 2 minutes away from the shopping centre Arsenal that has lots of restaurants and shops and only 5 minute walk away from the sea. The space The apartment situated on the 1st floor (European), in an old Stalinistic building with 3.4 m high ceilings and big windows. It's easy accessible also by wheelchair. My apartment feels like home, because it IS a home. The building is rebuilt four years ago and has been completely renovated and decorated during this time. The building has a big garden with children playground. The apartment comfortably sleeps 2 adults. It has one master bedroom and one kitchen / living room with one couch, which isn't suitable for sleeping; bathroom with rain shower, toilet & washing machine; modern kitchen with diashwasher, fridge, washing machine, oven and table; livingroom with comfortable sofa and work place. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cooking necessities. Towels and bedsheets are provided. Additionally the guests can use a washing machine, drying rack and iron with ironing board.
