This is a very special and unique 3 bedroom home in the coolest neighborhood in LA. The house is on a lovely quiet street, walkable to shops and some of the best restaurants in LA. The house is surrounded on all sides by gardens, lawn, fruit trees, and a chicken coop. The house feels like it's in the country but it's in an urban area. 10 minutes to heart of Hollywood. 10 minutes to downtown. 30 minutes to the nearest beach. 40 minutes to Disneyland. The space It's a truly magical three bedroom, three bath house with a very indoor outdoor feel surrounded by gardens and yard on all four sides. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom. It also has a deck with a view of the mountains. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Our kitchen is fully stocked. We love to cook and have everything you could need to make your own meals. You are also welcome to our fresh eggs from the chickens! Guest access You will have the whole house, yard and gardens to yourself plus one parking space.
