The space Primary Bedroom: The cozy primary bedroom offers privacy with a double bed. It is located right next to the primary bathroom on the main level. Loft: The loft provides two additional twin beds for sleeping. The steps are steep! Please navigate with caution! Indoor living: Fully equipped kitchen. the living room sofa also provides a pull-out couch for a fifth guest, if needed. Outdoor living: Fire pit, grill, a spacious front deck, patio furniture. Some of these are seasonal and may not be available in the winter and/or in pristine condition. Other things to note Pet Disclosures: - We allow guests to bring up to two dogs that are 1+ year(s) in age at the time of stay. - Pet fee is per dog; if you registered one dog, this fee is included in your reservation cost ($75). - Guests registering two dogs will need to pay the second pet fee as a separate payment after booking ($50). - No other animals/pets are able to be hosted. - A $200 fee is assessed for unregistered dogs. - Unregistered animals other than dogs will lead to immediate dismissal from the property. Pet requirements during stay: 1) Dogs must be crated if left unattended. 2) All animal waste outside must be picked up. 3) Dogs must be on a leash when in the neighborhood and may not wander onto any neighbor's property. 4) Please remove any dog hair on surfaces prior to departure. This will avoid any additional cleaning fees! WiFi Disclosures: 1) WiFi is provided! However, please remember you are in a remote and mountainous area, so WiFi connection may be intermittent. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Security Camera Disclosures: 1) There are two security cameras located on the exterior of the property to ensure the safety and security of our guests. One in front, with a view of the driveway and front deck. The second one in the rear, with a view of the door.
