Welcome to our private 4 bedroom, fully equipped family beach home located in beautiful north shore PEI. Just a few minutes walk to beautiful and private Savage Harbour beach, and nestled on a large private lot. With 5 beds, A/C, laundry, dishwasher, an outdoor shower, screened in sunroom, TV with streaming and FiberOP you will feel right at home. 20 mins outside of all the amenities Charlottetown has to offer. The space A 2 level cozy cottage on a treed private lot. On the main floor you will find a full eat-in kitchen and dishwasher, a nicely appointed living room with TV (with streaming services), a working propane fireplace for the cooler evenings and sliding patio doors to the front deck. Two bedrooms are located on the main level - one with single sized bunk beds and the second room with a double bed and walk-in closet. Also located on the main level is full washroom with combined shower and bathtub. Upstairs you will find a small landing, perfect for reading, working or setting up the pack and play (provided). Off the landing you will find two more nicely sized bedrooms with large closets. Each bedroom on the 2nd level contains a very comfortable queen-sized bed, and one has a Roku enabled television. Air conditioner is located on the 2nd level above stairs to maximize cooling. Outside on the patio you will find a BBQ, and table and chairs for outside dining. Off the deck is a large and comfortable, screened in porch living space, perfect for morning coffee and enjoying a relaxing, bug-free evening. The utility and laundry room is located off of the sunroom. There is a large fire pit area, as well as an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a lovely beach day. For those with little ones pack and play, highchair and baby gate are available within the cottage. Please note this property has been a very successful Airbnb known as "Sand Mirage" for years with 4.95 star rating and lots of reviews - new account as co-host is taking over ownership. Guest access Guests have full access to the property and space, as well as access to the beautiful beach just a short 3 mins walk down the lane. Other things to note For those with little ones pack and play, highchair and baby gate are available within the cottage. PEI is known for mosquitos especially at night. We provide repellent products and spray as well as a beautiful screened in porch area. There is also a fire pit on the property. The A/C unit is located on the second floor stairwell area.
