Description

Welcome to your dream gateway, perfect for one or more couples, families and private events for up to 50 persons. Nestled in the heart of nature, our secluded haven offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It includes a fireplace, equipped kitchen, spacious living area and many outdoor spaces. It is a secluded location with nearby local souk, 4minutes away from the town of Bikfaya. The space The house is situated on 2,000 square meter fenced and gated land planted with cedar, pine, olive and some fruit trees. The property is located at the end of a dead-end narrow asphalted road surrounded by pine, oak and other forest trees and vegetation. A parking space for about seven cars is available inside the property. The access from the parking lot to the first floor is through stairs consisting of 22 steps. Tiled open spaces are available at the east, south and west sides of the house. The south space includes a barbecue. The east and south spaces can each fit up to 30 seated persons. The south space is normally used as a service area for the first floor's kitchen. Other open areas are available through the property where one can sit and enjoy the climate and nature. The house consists of 2 floors. The first floor consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, a living room with two single beds, a wall closet, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with door to the outside, a shelved small storage area, a washing machine, and a small balcony on the north side. The kitchen is equipped with a granite sink and counter, wall cabinets, a floor cabinet, a table with chairs and the washing machine. Indoor stairs connect the first floor with the second floor. The second floor consists of a bathroom with a bathtub, a living area with a fireplace open to a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all accessories which allow the preparation of meals. It includes a large stove, a large fridge, wall and floor cabinets, a granite sink and counter and has access to a small balcony on the east side. The gas cylinder is located outside on the balcony. The open space of the floor includes two single beds and a floor closet. Guest access Guests can access any part of the property except the storage shed area east of the house. Other things to note The host will receive the guests upon arrival and will be present upon checking out. A security deposit of $50 is required for the property gate remote control. The deposit will be paid upon checking in and will be reimbursed to the guest upon checking out provided that the remote control is not lost or damaged. For functions above 6 guests, a minimum of $15 per person will be charged depending on the amenities provided by the host. Wood for the fireplace can be provided by the host at an additional price of $60/half a cubic meter. The guest is responsible to provide all consumables required during their stay. Upon checking in the house will include one 2-liter bottle of water, 3 boxes of paper tissues, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one hand towel in each bathroom and each kitchen, and linens for the beds. For stays above 4 days, bed linens will be replaced by the host every 4 days. The guest is responsible for leaving the premises tidy and take with them the garbage produced during their stay and dispose it in public dumpsters. Loud music/noise are not allowed. The house is located in a very quiet area and being a nuisance to the neighbors is not appreciated. Fireworks are absolutely not allowed. They present a fire hazard since the house is located in a wooded area. Guests are welcome to visit any area within the fenced property provided that they do not cause any damage to the flowers and trees.
