Inside, you’ll find a luxurious king-size bed, cosy sofa, TV, breakfast bar, and a wood-burning stove for snug evenings year-round. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a two-ring induction hob, microwave/oven/grill, and everything needed to prepare simple meals during your stay. A private shower room and WC are located in a separate shepherd’s hut just a few steps away, providing exclusive facilities for your stay. Step outside into your own enclosed garden oasis, complete with a covered double swing seat, BBQ, and plenty of outdoor seating. The highlight is the private wood-fired hot tub, filled with fresh water daily and completely free from chemicals, offering a natural and relaxing bathing experience beneath the stars. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee surrounded by birdsong, soaking in the hot tub after a day of exploring, or curling up beside the wood burner on a cosy evening, this secluded retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and countryside charm. Perfect for romantic breaks, special occasions, digital detoxes, and peaceful countryside escapes. Guest access Visitors have full private access to Morning Mist and the enclosed garden. The pathway leading to Morning Mist and the parking space is also private and for the sole use of the visitors. The door to Morning Mist will be open upon arrival and the location of the key confirmed to you upon arrival. There is a shared EV charger on site - additional charges apply. There is no access to the farmland and surrounding fields Other things to note Good to Know Before Your Stay * Morning Mist is approximately a short walk from the parking area. There are four steps leading to the entrance of the shepherd’s hut and two steps up into the hot tub. * All firewood for the wood-burning stove and wood-fired hot tub is included, and firelighters are provided to help you get started. * Staying longer than three nights? During wet weather and the winter months, we’re happy to dry your towels if needed—just let us know. * Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the use of cannabis and related products. * For the safety of our family, guests, animals, and fellow visitors, the speed limit throughout the farm is 5mph (walking pace). This applies to all vehicles at all times. * Morning Mist is exclusively for the use of the guests named on the booking. Visitors are not permitted, and bookings cannot be sold, gifted, transferred, or swapped to other guests during your stay. * We take great care to ensure Morning Mist and the hot tub are presented in excellent condition for every guest. Photographs of the shepherd’s hut, facilities, and hot tub are taken prior to check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, excessive cleaning, or missing items that occur during their stay, and the cost of repair or replacement may be charged accordingly. * If you need any assistance during your stay, our contact details can be found in the guest compendium.
