The listing provides adequate space for six people, but it is possible to book more suite vacancies in the same condominium with the host. The Styrofoam lining on the ceiling helps to keep the temperature inside the house pleasant at all times, even in colder seasons. Guest access At the farm, the guest will have access to all the premises of the house, and without worrying about sharing it with another guest. Thus, the pool, barbecue, etc., are for the private use of the guest(s). Other things to note ATTENTION - READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY: Since the coronavirus pandemic, some actions have been taken to ensure that the farm will be clean and sanitized in order to bring more security to owners, cleaners, and guests. As such, all surfaces that are touched most often are being sanitized with alcohol 70 (liquid, hospital use), and floors are being cleaned with disinfectants prior to guests arriving. It is also necessary for guests to bring their own sanitization products (70 alcohol, for example), as well as the bedding, pillows, table and bathrobes, since these items of individual use, are better and safer, each guest using their own. Please read all the listing details, and to have the actual calculation, that is, with the final values, inform the number of guests, including children, since the system is set to calculate by number of guests. We reinforce, watch out for the actual number of guests so that the calculations are indeed within the reality of the accommodation. Thank you! The cleaning fee charged in the calculation of the daily rate takes into account that the property will be delivered clean and sanitized, in addition, the amount in question includes the cleaning of the pool, as well as the products for water treatment, and all these procedures are done with each new lodging, in this way, we do not have to withdraw the "CLEANING FEE", as it is paid to service providers (day laborers), so that the property is in proper condition in the cleaning, including also the swimming pool. Note: Since the coronavirus pandemic, we have been using more sanitizing material, and this cost has not been passed on to the cleaning fee. After confirming the reservation, and before check-in, the guest(s) must share personal information such as: RG/CNH image, full name and data of the vehicle(s) that will be authorized to enter the condominium during the stay, this data will be passed on to the concierge and administration, for access control. We accept pets, as long as small (up to 20kg), sociable, and the owners bring all the necessary items to give comfort to their pet, such as bed, mattress, etc., since we do not allow them to stay on the sofas and beds of the house, as other guests may have allergies. Also, it prevents the occurrence of odors. Note: As many guests stopped bringing items to comfort their pets, we started charging a fee for them, in view of the extra cleaning, mainly of the sofas, due to the hair. Because it is a very airy and open place, local legislation does not require the installation of fire detectors and the like. Note_0: We are painting the house externally, so the walls may show signs of sanding and/or recent painting; Note_1.: After agreement between the parties, purchases of items for barbecue and drinks can be negotiated, in order to give more comfort and convenience to guests; OBS_2.: Non-guest visits will not be accepted, that is, only people registered as guests in the system may remain in the property; Note_3.: After booking confirmation, at check-in, the keys to the farm will be in a place informed by the host, and at check-out, guests must leave them in the same place. If it is impossible to speak to the host, another person may be sued to resolve any issue; Note_4.: Drones and the like are NOT allowed in the accommodation and perimeter of the condominium where it is located; Note_5.: Some common areas used by the owners cannot be used by the tenants, namely: barbecue grills, sandpit, hammock area/perimeter and fishing in the lakes. Other outdoor activities, such as walking on the trail around the perimeter of the condominium, are permitted for now, unless otherwise decided by the owners' association.
