Single bedroom + closet Bathroom (shower+bathtub) MAIN FLOOR: Dining area, living area, kitchen, walkout to back deck GARDEN FLOOR: Pullout queen bed Bathroom Laundry (washer+dryer) TV Guest access All rooms are available to guests Other things to note PARKING Parking on our street is zoned, which means you can park for free between 7am and midnight. At all other times, there is parking on Oakwood Avenue a block away, and it's free overnight (please make sure you read the exact times on meters). There is also a GreenP 2 blocks away on Holland Park, just behind the public library, off Oakwood Ave. GARBAGE Please put out garbage+recycling bins on Wednesday night and put them back on Thursday after collection. Green bin goes out every Wednesday. Black and blue bins alternate (you can see what the neighbour put out to know which one goes on your Wednesday). POLICE/FIRE: 911 ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EXTRA OVERNIGHT GUESTS ALLOWED. We have a "LEAVE NO TRACE" policy – please leave the house in the same condition you found it: unwashed dishes go in the dishwasher, all garbage/compost/recycling must be disposed off in the outside bins, all books+toys put away to their original places.
