Suite 4 (Second floor - one flight of stairs) - Queen size bed and private winter Garden/sitting area Suite 5 (Garage) - PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROOM IS LOCATED IN THE GARAGE , NEXT TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM, SEPARATE FROM THE HOUSE. It as 2 single beds (trundle bed) and its own bathroom. It can be accessed privately through the garage or via the kitchen door. Second Floor (loft/mezzanine) - TV room with a deck with a breathtaking panoramic ocean view and gorgeous sunsets. Garage: There is a 2-car garage with a washer/dryer. The Small Suite 5, as described above is located off the garage. We do not provide beach chairs and umbrellas, these items are available at the beach kiosks upon consumption of food and drinks with them. Direct private access to the Geriba beach ( 7 minutes - includes a set of stairs), or by car parking it in the condominium entrance (1 minute). Other things to note RULES: BY RENTING OUR HOUSE, YOU AGREE TO ALL THE RULES DESCRIBED BELOW. Violators will be charged the price of one night per incident. We reserve the right to ask guests refusing to abide by the rules to vacate the premises. Rules: 1. Loud noises are prohibited between 10pm and 9am. 2. Parties are not allowed. 3. Absolutely No smoking inside the house. 4. No visitors allowed, only the names and vehicles registered at the gate will have access to the condominium. 5. Maximum occupancy is 10 people. 6. Unaccompanied minors under 21 are not allowed. 7. We do not accept reservations for groups of single men. 8. Our domestic assistant will be in the house for 4 hours daily to keep the common spaces clean. ** There is NO EXCEPTION to any of the rules listed above
