Located in a quiet residential area, our house offers a magnificent view of the Maremma and is just a 15-minute walk from the historic center and a 5-minute drive from the beautiful beaches. The space Newly renovated property (2024) in a small urban complex raised above street level, with panoramic views, consisting of three independent housing units, two on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Our accommodation, on the ground floor, has 2 bedrooms with double beds; 2 bathrooms with sink, toilet and bidet and one also with shower; a living room; and a kitchenette. The house has an open internal courtyard with an outdoor masonry shower. In the inner courtyard there is also a small storage room with a washing machine and a utility room. There are two terraces, one with a table and veranda for dining and the other with deck chairs. There is a small area under the plants with pebbles and sunbeds.
