It is named Edwin Bing after the chemist and soda manufacturer who occupied the site where the house was built in the late 19th Century. Having been completed in 2023 this house has been finished to a very high specification with zoned underfloor heating and a private parking space with a plug for Electric vehicles. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen to allow you to make amazing meals and a spacious open-plan lounge to relax, watch TV or play board games. The peaceful, outdoor area is a sun trap and offers a quiet relaxing space for a cuppa.. or glass of bubbles! The bedrooms upstairs are spacious and light-filled. Relax in the cosy dressing gowns and unwind with a steamy hot shower in the brand new bathroom. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole property. Other things to note 🏡 RULES: No Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Breaching this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, and your deposit may be used to cover any extra costs incurred. Please note, this house is in a quiet residential area, and quiet hours after 9pm must be respected. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A standard charge of £500 will be applied to your card if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any resulting damage. 🚗 PARKING: We have free private parking on site with space for 1 car. There is a plug behind the parking space which can be used for trickle EV charging. 🛁 Long Stay Cleaning Policy: For stays longer than 14 nights, we require a clean to be booked every 14 nights thereafter, at the cost of the guest. During these cleans, the entire property will be refreshed, consumables restocked, and linens and towels changed.
