Renovated studio on the beach side, The apartment is in the heart of tourist area in Galatex center in Germasogia. The beach is few meters from the apartment. There are many coffee shops restaurants, fast-foods, pubs and a supermarket, ATMs. The flat has a security gate only for the residence at the entrance of the block. . Outside of the complex there is a public bus-stop that connects the whole cornice road (Limassol Mall, Limassol Marina, beaches). Apartment is on the 2nd floor via stairs.
