Welcome to our charming upstairs retreat, located in a prime location within walking distance to town. This historical gem offers an inviting space, perfect for couples or solo travelers. The entire upstairs suite offers two spacious bedrooms (#1 Blue Room is a queen bed, #2 Gold Room is a full bed), a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. A large bathroom with a jetted tub, stand alone shower and double sinks and a cozy sitting area. The space The home itself is two levels built in 1905 but completely remodeled in 2007. Guest(s) will be privately located in the upstairs suite and one of two rooms but both rooms are available if the party is traveling together up to four people and needs two rooms. Homeowners Greg and Cheryl reside downstairs with their small dog named Lily, and they’re in and out during the day, but are retired and quiet. Guest access The downstairs is the common area with living room, dining space, kitchen and laundry, and the backyard has an outside patio and fire pit and all of these can be enjoyed by the guest(s) staying upstairs. During your stay I’m always with my phone and easily reachable, and not far away from town. Other things to note The small dog that is resident in the house downstairs is Lily and she’s a cocker spaniel cavalier, and very welcoming to guests, but will stay out of the upstairs.
