Our listing rate is good for 2 guests only. We cater to a bigger group up to 20pax. Send us a message for details. Price varies. The space Our rate is good for 10 guests only. Strictly no outsiders allowed. Guests are prohibited to accept visitors. P1,000 charge for each extra guest in excess of 10 guests. All three(3) rooms (excluding Master's bedroom) will only be opened if guests exceeded by fifteen (15). Guest access Guests can use all the amenities inside the property including the pool area and KTV. WiFi is also available if you need to stay online. Other things to note Kitchen equipment, utensils and potable water are available at the villa. In case of power interruption, we have a portable generator but can only provide power for limited appliance excluding our air-con units. Washing machine is available upon request.
