Riverside Backwater in Clevedon

This is a quirky semi in a sunny spot, overlooking a little river in East Clevedon, but only a very short flat walk to shops, pubs, eateries, the famous Curzon cinema and a 25 minute walk to the seafront, so perfect for a short break with driveway parking. The seawater Marine Lake provides safe swimming, walking along the 'prom' to the Grade 1 listed Pier or just sitting on the little pebbly beaches is a joy as is Poet's Walk on the headland with the causeway beyond. The space The guest bedroom has a comfortable 5' bed, with a small Freeview TV. Dressing gowns and a hairdryer are provided. Directly opposite is another bedroom which is free to use as a dressing room with some hanging space. A further bedroom contains a sofa and small writing table with another small TV for guest use also. The bathroom is only for your use and has a shower over the bath, with towels and toiletries provided. There will be kitchen access to make tea/coffee and a basic breakfast of cereal/toast/fruit and yoghurt will be available for you to help yourselves. The patio is very sunny, with table, chairs and a sunshade to use whenever the opportunity arises! There is a secure rear courtyard where bikes can be left, but not undercover. During your stay This is very much a 'lived in' house with all the rooms used. I hope to be around during all of your stay and you will feel relaxed and 'at home' as well as having your own space to enjoy, but respect my space and privacy too. Other things to note Sorry, but no pets are allowed. Also, smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or outside in the garden.
