Cozy cottage in Klövsjö

Welcome to our farmhouse in the heart of Klövsjö village with walking distance to most things. The house is located about 500 meters from the marina, which has a swimming area and the option to rent a boat in the summer. It is about 3 km to Klövsjö ski area with ski slopes and cross-country tracks in winter. Proximity to nice trails in the mountains and excursions such as the grease. The house shares a plot with our residential house and has access to the garden. Parking next to the house. The property is animal permitted. The space The house has a spacious hall with space for storage. A fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with room for four to five people. One bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room has two sofas, one of which is a 120 cm sofa bed. There is also a sleeping alcove with a 140 bed and wardrobe storage. Wi-Fi is available in the property, as well as a Chromecast to stream TV. Sheets and towels are not included. If you want to add bed linens, it costs SEK 100/set and needs to be notified in advance. Guest access Access to the house. If extra storage is needed, we can arrange a place in the storage room next door. Access to a communal garden. Other things to note We have a dog named Alva who lives with us. She likes to be out in the garden and play.
