Cozy cottage in Klövsjö

Welcome to our farmhouse in the heart of Klövsjö village with walking distance to most things. The house is about 500 meters from the marina with a swimming area and the possibility to rent a boat in summer. It is about 3 km to Klövsjö ski area with ski slopes and cross-country tracks in winter. Proximity to nice trails in the mountains and excursion destinations such as the Fettjeå waterfall. The house shares a plot with our residential building and has access to the garden. Parking next to the house. The accommodation is pet-friendly. The space The house has a spacious hall with space for storage. A fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with room for four to five people. One bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room has two sofas, one of which is a 120 cm sofa bed. There is also a sleeping alcove with a 140 bed and wardrobe storage. Wi-Fi is available in the property, as well as a Chromecast to stream TV. Sheets and towels are not included. If you want to add bed linens, it costs SEK 100/set and needs to be notified in advance. Guest access Full access to the farmhouse. If extra storage is needed, we can arrange space in the storage room next door. Access to a communal garden. Other things to note We have a puppy named Alva. She likes to be out in the garden and play.
