Soak in the outdoor clawfoot bath under a breathtaking milky way or cozy up around a crackling campfire & cook your dinner over hot coals. Nestled in the foothills of the Hunter Valley on 4 acres in an idyllic bush setting you can unwind & listen to the wildlife. Built sustainably using local & recycled materials with large vintage & ledlight windows to enjoy uninterrupted views & sunshine. The space You will find natural linen on the comfy queen size bed, fluffy dressing gowns in the wardrobe & fluffy towels in the bathroom. A reversecycle air conditioner is in the loungeroom as well as a flame effect heater. The TV is smart, you are welcome to hotspot from your phone for Netflix or the like. We also have games, cards, books, a DVD player and a selection of DVD’s. The kitchen has a full size oven & fridge, cooktop, integrated dishwasher, microwave & country sink. There is a swivel hotplate on the campfire for cooking, as well as fire specific frypan and toaster for that smokey flavour. There are two dams on the property, although children are welcome please keep in mind these dams are not fenced. The windows in the upstairs bedroom can be locked for the safety of little children. You can walk, run or stroll along the pretty country lane just outside your gate. It leads to a fire trail up a hill and into the bush for exploring. The property is a stone’s throw to Historic Paterson Town, an attractive little hamlet set on a hillside above the Paterson River. You are just a few minutes drive from local wedding venues including, Tocal, Albion Farm, Woodville Chapel and Wallalong house. For guests staying for weddings, we can offer drop-off and pickup for an additional fee. The local Paterson Tavern where you can get a yummy meal and refreshments also offer a bus service to and from their venue. We are open to considering a well behaved dog on application/request.
