You will also enjoy a private balcony, to enjoy coffee or lunch in the sun. Fall in love with the deck, enjoy delicious lemons and avocadoes from the mature trees, sip a morning coffee on your private balcony, or read by the traditional San Francisco bay windows. This place features 3 bedrooms with queen beds and a pullout couch, and therefore is perfect for families or groups of friends. It's also perfect for a live/work space, and we've hosted start-ups in accelerator programs like Y Combinator, who used the living room as the main office space, perfect for 3 desks. The living room gets plenty of natural light, especially in the evening, which is great to relax after a long day of exploring the city or working. There is a private deck with a dining table and sofa to enjoy a morning coffee or breakfast in the sun. The spacious kitchen is perfect for home cooked meals. There is a desk in the living room and in one of the bedroom with wifi, in addition to the multiple tables around the house, which makes it easy and comfortable to work from home. It can also be arranged for longer stays to accommodate a startup. The neighborhood is charming, in one of the safest parts of the Mission District, with plenty of charm, lots of options for great coffeshops, restaurants and bars nearby, while on a very quiet street. Easy access to public transportation, BART, buses and Lyft city bikes. Easy access to the 101 for commuting to the South Bay, Peninsula or East Bay, and a 20 minutes drive from San Francisco's SFO Airport. Guest access The keys are in a lockbox with the keys to allow for a more flexible check-in, though I will try to meet you in person whenever possible! Other things to note The Mission is a trendy, fun and lively neighborhood, but my house is on a quiet street. Many bars and restaurants are just a few blocks away, 20 minutes walk to BART, Dolores Park and Precita Park. Easy access to the 101, great for people commuting to the Peninsula or the East Bay. 25 minutes away from the airport. Street parking is available without the need for a permit (which is very rare in San Francisco). However beware of street cleaning, all streets in the neighborhood have a weekly street cleaning schedule, and you will get a ticket if you don't move your car.
