Detached house in a child-friendly area

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. The house is family-friendly in Vikhammer, 10 min by car from Trondheim city center and 20 min from Værnes Airport. Bus stop right by the house, where you can take the bus to Trondheim city center. The house has a large garden with a playground for children, parking space with a charger for electric car From the house there are nice hiking opportunities, both forest and lake/beach. There are also many playgrounds in the area. Other things to note As a guest you can use the entire house, except for two rooms that are locked. This is how the bedrooms are: Bedroom 1: 220x180 Bedroom 2: 220x90 Bedroom 3: 2 beds of 165x80 Bedroom 4 in basement: 220x180 + a frame mattress 220x90. We also have a crib/travel cot that can be set up if needed for baby/infant. If necessary, it is possible to put a mattress topper on the sofa in the basement living room. In total, there are beds for 7 adults and 2 children in junior beds and baby. If necessary, we have a high chair for eating. Tenants must bring their own towels and bed linen. For the periods when we rent out for weekend stays, we prefer that check-out takes place on Sundays. If you want to check out on a day other than Sunday, please contact us and we can see if it is possible for your desired rental period. The house has a large garden with playground equipment, sandbox and trampoline. Plating on the entire front of the house with the possibility of pulling the awning over the seating area. There are several seating areas in the garden with the possibility to move according to the sun, here you have sun all day. Barbecue and fire pit are also available. There are a lot of indoor and outdoor toys for children in the home. The home is centrally located between Trondheim and Stjørdal. Both Trondheim (10 min by car) and Stjørdal (20 min by car) are nice nearby local centers. Here you will find attractions, water parks, climbing parks, shopping, parks, restaurants and nightlife.
