The Northwoods Retreat

Welcome to our cozy and quiet Northwoods home. This 4 bedroom, 1 bath is situated on 5 nicely wooded acres of land giving you a feeling of comfort and privacy. Perfect for families, friends, or even just a couple looking to get away. The space Come enjoy anything outdoors! Summer cookouts, gatherings with family or friends, or entertainment outdoors under the pavilion, with a nice Weber Grill, and table that seats 4 with LP fire for warmth. Next to the pavilion is a beautiful patio with seating and a fire ring. Tuscobia state trail with trail access through the back yard for those with ATVs and snowmobiles. Tuscobia trails are endless and neighbor several towns and villages such as Birchwood, Radisson, Winter, Hayward, and more! Property also borders the Couderay river if you are interested in fishing, canoeing, kayaking or hiking. Hayward is located approximately 20 miles, with several shops and good places to dine. Inside the home! Full kitchen with several amenities such as a Keurig coffee maker, ninja air fryer, microwave, toaster, and fridge/freezer. Guest access Home is private and only guests will have access during stay. Garage on site will not be accessible for guests as it is storage for our belongings. Shed on property is accessible for guests and will have corn hole, ladder ball, assortment of outdoor balls, and life vests. Other things to note 1. Plenty of space for parking. 2. Yard games 3. Firewood to get you started 4. Wooded setting means bugs- plan accordingly (bug spray) as there WILL be mosquitoes, gnats, ticks, etc. 5. The water heater is on demand, allowing for hot water throughout multiple showers.
