Sunny house with large garden near the lake

Cozy & inviting house on Larkollen with only a 5 min walk to the lake. Two bedrooms (150 & 120 beds) Large kitchen. Living room with fireplace & exit to a large well-kept garden. Sleeping accommodation for 2 persons on 2 sofas. In addition, there is a foldable bed. A total of 6-7 people. Bathroom with shower in bathtub. Hallway for shoes & outdoor clothes. Free parking. Sun in the morning, day & evening. The space This cozy house is located secluded at the edge of the forest just a 5-minute walk from the lake, the bathing jetty and a long, child-friendly beach. The house was originally built as a cabin, but was upgraded, partially renovated and changed to a house in 2019. So here you get the lovely cabin feeling, with the comfort of a house. The place is ideal for families as there are opportunities for up to 6-7 overnight guests if desired, as well as that it is on a child-friendly plot, with a large garden, good space, shielded from car traffic. There are several playgrounds in the immediate area. (See detailed description of sleeping options in the caption.) Larkollen is an idyllic summer place located 20 minutes by car from Moss. This house is located in a quiet area of Larkollen with many great hiking opportunities right outside the door. This is the place for you who love nature experiences with access to both the lake (Kurefjorden) with Svaberg and bird towers and the forest with great hiking, biking trails and rich wildlife. It is only 5-6 minutes by car to the local store (open on Sundays), several sandy beaches and a campsite that sells ice cream and other refreshments. If you drive a few minutes longer, a total of 7-8 minutes, you will arrive at Larkollen city center with hotel, spa, restaurants, pub, outdoor seating, concerts, church, activities, etc. See more information in the attached Guide. It is only 10 minutes by car to Halmstad with various shops, restaurants and takeaway as well as Rygge shopping mall. As mentioned, it is 20 minutes from Moss which has theater, cinema, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Directions to this house: Car: From Oslo: 1 hour from Oslo Central Station to this house. From Moss: 20 minutes From Fredrikstad: 35 minutes Train: From Oslo: 40 min to Rygge station, 10 min by taxi to this house. (There are few bus connections out here) Airplane: Fly to Gardermoen Gardermoen - Oslo S: 20 min by train Oslo S - Rygge station: 40 min Rygge station to this house: 10 min by car/taxi 1 hr 10 min travel time from Gardermoen airport to this house. Some waiting between stops must be calculated. Guest access You have the entire unit to yourself, but the house has an extension. This extension is a separate unit with its own entrance and terrace. The extension does not have access to this house's garden. It is possible to rent the whole house + the extension. Check the ad for the extension here: airbnb.no/h/larkollenleilighet Other things to note There is some shelf, drawer and cabinet space, with clothes hangers for both shirts and dresses. (This is my private home, therefore also some private things around the house.) With good wireless internet connection, as well as large dining table/desk and private room with desk/dressing table, this apartment is suitable for both vacation and workation. The house is well equipped with all you may need in the kitchen and bathroom. (Including waffle iron, toaster, blender, juicer, coffee maker, hair dryer and straightener.) There is salt, pepper, olive oil, as well as Zalo, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner for consumption during the stay. This is free to use. Bed linens, towels and dishes are included in the price. If I have the opportunity, I can hand over keys and welcome you personally, if desired. If this is not suitable, the key is in the key box on the wall at the front door. You are very welcome to bring pets. Infants/toddlers with their own bed are also free.
