This bright and spacious apartment (70 m2) combines the advantages of Millstättersees: the inviting lake and the hiking and cycling-friendly nature. So, let's jump right in, and take a dip at the public beach, 300m away. As a special gift, we offer our guests free entry to the public beach (for 2). 👙 The space The south-facing apartment offers unobstructed views of the countryside, lake and mountains. The wrap-around balcony offers sun from morning to evening. The town center with a supermarket, local meat specialist, café, post office and shops is only 200 meters away. Despite this proximity to the center, the apartment is in an absolutely quiet location. For your car, there is a free parking space in the underground parking lot. From there, you can use an elevator to get to the apartment on the second floor. If you bring your bikes, you will find a lockable bike storage room at the entrance. The spacious hallway offers a wardrobe with ample storage. On the left is the smaller bedroom with a sofa bed and a desk, making this room also ideally suited as a quiet study – free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. This is followed by the larger bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed and wardrobe. On the opposite side of the hallway you will find the spacious bathroom with barrier-free shower, a separate toilet and a storage room with washing machine. The south-facing, bright and spacious living room includes a cozy sitting area as well as a dining table for four people and the fully equipped kitchen. This includes a Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster and kettle. From here, the large glass sliding door also leads to the wrap-around terrace. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. The key to your apartment can be found in a key safe at the entrance - flexible check-in is possible at any time. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. An elevator is available in front of the front door.
