Mablethorpe Holiday Caravan, Trusthorpe

We invite you to stay in our central heated, double glazed caravan. It was previously sited on Plot 308 and now is on Plot 303. Its in an excellent open position a few minutes from the beach. We have been renting the van out for several years and have relisted on Airbnb from the 2024 season. Happy Days Seaside Caravan park is a quiet, family site ideally located between Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea. The site has direct private access to the sea front and promenade. The space * A 2 bedroom caravan with an enclosed veranda on Happy Days Seaside which has direct access to the seafront * Central heated and double glazed * TV in the lounge and main bedroom, both having a DVD player and dvd's. * The kitchen area is fully equipped with a full sized oven, microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment. * Washing up liquid, dish cloth, sponge, tinfoil, condiments, cleaning solutions and materials are provided. * Gas and electric are included in the price on a fair use basis * Please bring your own bedding and towels. Duvet and pillow protectors are provided * Smoking or vaping is strictly not allowed inside the van * Guests are not allowed to bring pets * Welcome pack on arrival Please ask before booking if you would be unable to pick the caravan keys up from reception before 4.30 Other things to note Happy Days Seaside is a quiet family site. Parties of same sex groups are not allowed and the lead guest must be over 21 years of age
