Amenities include access to W&D & full kitchen. Location offers easy access to a grocery store, public transit, & dedicated bike lanes. Great for short to long-term stays if you're looking to stay with a local and be close to where all the action is! The space The house: -3 bedrooms - the two bedrooms at the front of the house are tenant bedrooms -1 shared guest/tenant bathroom -Large shared living room -Shared front patio with table and chairs -Shared kitchen with cooking supplies -Shared laundry -Front and rear-side entry w/ security gates -Garage - can be accessed for bike and sporting equipment storage -Garage office space w/ A/C (currently unavailable) Guest access -Private room Shared access to*: -Guest bathroom w/ limited toiletries -Living room -Kitchen** -Laundry area w/ limited supplies ̶-̶G̶a̶r̶a̶g̶e̶ ̶&̶ ̶o̶f̶f̶i̶c̶e̶ ̶s̶p̶a̶c̶e̶ (currently unavailable) -Driveway for temporary loading and unloading of vehicle*** -Patio *Guest(s) must keep shared areas tidy and keep personal items limited to private rooms when not in use **Guest(s) must clean after themselves immediately after usage. Dishes can be hand washed or placed in the dishwasher ***Vehicles cannot be stored in driveway. Public street parking is free and readily available near house During your stay I live on-site and will share my number with guests for emergencies or casual contact. All messages pertaining to the rental property need to first go through the app Other things to note -Often times there are multiple tenants in the house. Please be respectful of others by keeping shared areas tidy and being considerate of usage time of bathroom. -Quiet time in the house is between 12am-6am. No laundry, living room tv/music, excessive patio noise, or noisy kitchen activities during this time. -There is a cat onsite that is allowed in and out of the house. He is friendly -Please do not smoke within 15 feet of doors or windows. If doors or windows are open for draft, please leave the property to smoke
