Piano, guitars and vinyl turntables are also available to guests. - A large winter garden for your evenings to observe the park. Fully glazed, it is dressed in a sublime frame in the shape of an inverted boat hull. It overlooks the park, pool and courtyard of the house. - A library with its Bar area and which can be transformed, according to your desire, into a movie theater or karaoke. - A billiard room (American billiards) Bedrooms: The house has 8 suites and 1 dormitory. Guest access The entire house is available for your stay. Other things to note Important: a security deposit before access to the accommodation will be requested. This deposit amounts to €1,500 for 12 people and more for larger groups. We will send you a Swickly link to proceed with the payment of the security deposit. No amount will be charged. We will release the amount as soon as our cleaning team has completed the restoration of the house and no damage has been found. We reserve the right to deny you access to the house if this security deposit is not paid before your arrival on the premises.
