The space The Crow Room offers a simple, peaceful space for travelers who appreciate minimalism and quiet. Located in the basement level of Layover Lodge, it’s named after the intelligent and observant crow — and like its namesake, this room is humble but sharp. Furnished with a comfortable full-size bed, soft lighting, and lodge-themed decor, the Crow Room is ideal for solo guests or short stays. The cool basement temperature makes it especially relaxing in warmer months. Guest access Private bedroom in the basement Shared bathroom and hot shower nearby Shared kitchen with sink, fridge, and microwave WiFi, laundry access (Speed Wash only), and free parking Outdoor fire pit (weather permitting) During your stay We’re available if you need anything during your stay and happy to assist with local advice, requests, or issues. Otherwise, you’ll have full independence. Other things to note There's other guests at the property. You have your own room. We're on a septic so nothing can go down the toilet except toilet paper. Well behaved, house broken pets are allowed. Because we are on a septic, we try to limit the number of people in the house. As such, this room can only have 1 guest We require a photo of a valid ID after you book. We do background check and reserve the right to cancel reservations of people with a record of theft or evictions. we prefer guests who do not smoke marijuana and while it's not illegal here where we're located, we don't like when it's used on the property, or when people have it's smell on them we want people here who are traveling, working full time a stable job, or in Colorado for business. If you do not fall into any of thee criteria, please do not book All guests must provide their full name and a valid copy of an ID upon booking. Any perspective guest who has any of the following arrests or convictions on their record will not be allowed to book: Robbery Burglary Sex offenses Felony Assault Assault on an officer Any other violent offense within the past ten years.
