House with a yard

Welcome to our home! We tried to give a soul to this old 1920s house. It retains the charm of the old with beautiful modern touches. This accommodation will offer you a peaceful stay to enjoy with family or friends. The space The main entrance is through the garage which offers a large space (23 m2) to store your personal belongings (possibility to store bicycles if necessary). You will also find toilets and a laundry room (washing machine + dryer). On the ground floor there are also 3 bedrooms (bedrooms 2/3/4 in the description) as well as direct access to the garden. You will find a staircase to go up to the 1st floor. Upstairs you will find a large 30 m2 living room open to a fully equipped kitchen as well as an office/work space. On the 1st floor, there is also bedroom no. 1 as well as the bathroom (with bath and shower + toilet). Guest access All parts of the house can be accessed without restrictions. Only the outbuilding at the bottom of the garden will be closed and uninhabited during your stay. Other things to note It's a family home with old-world charm. Be aware that on the first floor, the parquet in the living room as well as in the bedroom creaks a little. It is original with its charm and age.
