Our private home is the perfect retreat for families and groups who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a quiet and safe environment. Our property offers everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. With a green space, outdoor areas to relax and chat, and an outdoor shower to cool off after a day at the beach, you'll feel at home from the moment you arrive. The house has two levels. On the first level, you'll find a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a full bathroom with a hot water shower, and all the modern amenities you might need, such as a 70-inch Smart TV screen with cable access, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and a Home Theater sound system to enjoy your favorite music, movies, and shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, a gas stove, a gas oven, appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave extractor and a table for 6 people to enjoy your family meals, On the second floor, you will find two cozy rooms. The first has a comfortable king size bed, a 65-inch TV screen with cable access, Netflix and Amazon Prime, air conditioning and a full bathroom with a hot water shower, plus a balcony overlooking the mountain The second room has two double beds, a 55-inch TV screen, air conditioning and access to a bathroom with toilet and sink. Guest access Accessing our house is a simple and safe experience. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by an exterior gate that opens for both pedestrian and vehicle passage. In addition, we have implemented a lockbox so you can store the keys to the gate and lock, ensuring your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. Please note that the road to the house can be a bit narrow (3m wide), so please be careful when entering with your vehicle. Your access to our home will always be convenient and protected! Other things to note Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Evidence of pets, indoor smoking, parties, excessive wear/damage/theft, or any illegal activity will incur additional charges.
