Sometimes the TV may not work or program setup may be required — this is only possible on weekdays as the maintenance company is out of service on weekends. Also, in emergency situations, the maintenance company has the right to enter the apartments without prior notice, and I have no control over this. These circumstances are out of my control. By booking, you agree to this and do not make any claims to us. We provide one soap, one roll of toilet paper and shampoo for the duration of the stay. Additional funds are purchased by the guest themselves, as replenishment is not made during the stay.
