We rent out our cottage in beautiful Tuddal. Here you can enjoy quiet days in scenic surroundings, with great views of Gaustaknærne and nature right outside the door. The space The cabin maintains a consistently good standard and is well suited for a family or group of friends who want both comfort and proximity to the mountains. The cabin is located in a quiet area with great hiking opportunities in summer and winter. Short distance to ski slopes and nice mountain trips in the area. In the summer: ⛰️ Hiking trail to Gauststoppen: 12 minutes (by car). 🎣 Fishing spots in the area 🥾 Great hiking trails nearby. Enjoy fresh mountain air and beautiful surroundings. 💦 Rjukanbadet: 36 minutes (by car) In the winter: ⛷️ Prepared ski slopes nearby. Start the day with fresh ski tracks and silence in the mountains. After a long day out, you can warm up in front of the fireplace and enjoy the view of the winter landscape. Dining: 🍽️ Gildehallen and Tuddal Høyfjellshotell. Traditional food and simpler dishes. … To ensure that the cabin suits your needs, we ask that the ad be read carefully before booking – including facilities, standards and photos. 🏠 The cabin has modern standards with electricity and running water. Rooms: Porch, kitchen, dining room with space for eight people, a TV room with the tenant's own electricity services, three toilets, a shower (access via one of the bedrooms), five bedrooms with a total of eight beds and a terrace. 🛏️ We offer our tenants a clean cottage and made beds. Beds' dimensions: Room 1: 90 cm Room 2: 100 cm Room 3: 120 cm (two people) and 90 cm Room 4: 180 cm (two people) Room 5: 90 cm The number of beds made is adapted to registered guests. Therefore, unused rooms may be kept locked during the stay. Should the number of guests change during the stay, guests are asked to inform us at least three days before the stay, so that we can accommodate the changes in the best possible way. 🧻🧴 Two toilet rolls and hand soap in each of the toilets are included in the rental price. ♨️ The vestibule, bathrooms and toilets have heating cables. 🚘 The cabin has a parking lot with snow grooming possibilities. Guests also have access to an electric car charger (own charging cable must be brought). 🫧 Cleaning: We take care of the cleaning so that you don't have to spend the last day cleaning. Cleaning is therefore included in the rental price, but the cabin must be left tidy 😊 🐑 In the summer, sheep wander in the area. Guests should be aware that there may be traces of sheep around the cabin. 🔥 * Stove in the TV room available. * Fire pan is available from 1 December to 15 April. Charcoal, firelighters and lighter fluid must be brought. The fire pan is not set up, it must be removed and put back by the tenant before departure. 🪵 A small wood storage is available in the cabin and can be used during the stay. No extra cost. ✨ Christmas and New Year: The cabin is decorated with a Christmas tree and some cozy Christmas decorations. Guest access Guests have the entire cabin and the parking outside at their disposal. 🗝️ There is a gate up to the cabin area. The landlord opens the gate by phone the first time the guests go through. Then the key is used. Other things to note 🚫 • No animals • No smoking inside Snuff and snus must be removed from the property before check-out. • Frying/boiling is not allowed due to persistent odour • Heating cables must not exceed 22 degrees Please note that towels are not provided and that these must be brought by the tenant 😊 Please note: The tenant must be present during the stay Like other cabin areas, short power outages may occur in rare cases.
