The cabin is located in the end road of a quiet cabin area at Gvålsheia. Great view of Gaustaknærne from the TV room and the terrace. Short distance to hiking opportunities on skis and on foot. In the summer: ⛰️ Hiking trail to Gauststoppen: 12 minutes (by car) 🍽️ Serving in Gildehallen and at Tuddal Høyfjellshotell 🎣 Fishing spots in the area 🥾 Great hiking trails in the area 💦 Rjukanbadet: 36 minutes (by car) In the winter: ⛷️ Great ski slopes in the area (cross-country skiing) 🍽️ Serving in Gildehallen and at Tuddal Høyfjellshotell The space The cabin has modern standard with electricity and running water. 🏠 The cabin consists of a vestibule, kitchen, dining room with room for eight people, a TV room with the tenant's own electricity services, three toilets, a shower, five bedrooms with a total of eight beds and a terrace. 🛏️ We offer our tenants a clean cabin and made beds, as well as a towel per registered guest. Beds' dimensions: 180 cm (two people) 100 cm 120 cm (two people) 90 cm 90 cm 90 cm ♨️ Attic, bathroom and toilets have heating cables. 🚘 The cabin has a parking lot with snow clearing possibilities. Guests also have access to an electric car charger (own charging cable must be brought). 🫧 Cleaning: The landlord takes care of the cleaning. A cleaning fee of NOK 500 is in addition to the rental price. 🐑 In the summer, sheep roam the area. Guests must be aware that there may be traces of sheep around the cabin. 🔥 Fire pit is available from December 1 to April 15. Charcoal and lighter fluid must be brought. Wood is available in the cabin. ✨ Christmas and New Year: The cabin is decorated with Christmas trees and some cozy Christmas decorations. Guest access The entire cabin and parking outside are available to the guests. 🗝️ There is a toll gate up to the cabin area. The landlord opens the barrier by phone the first time the guests are going through. Then the key is used. Other things to note 🚫 • No animals • No smoking inside Snuff and snus must be removed from the property before check-out. • Deep frying/cooking is not permitted due to persistent odors • Heating cables should not exceed 22 degrees 📋 Please review the list of amenities before booking.
