Apartment, high floor, quiet, served by two elevators, in a residential complex of considerable interest in the history of architecture, with large condominium gardens, consisting of a living room with a super comfortable sofa bed (18 cm high mattress), large kitchen, double bedroom with the possibility of an extra bed or crib, full bathroom with bidet, storage-room and balcony with sunshade, coffee table and chairs. Equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The space The apartment is on the 7th floor and is served by two elevators. It consists of a living room with TV and French sofa bed with super comfort mattress 18 cm high; a large kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, complete with dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, salt, oil, sugar, new dish soap and sponges; a laundry room, with washing machine and clothesline, from which you can directly access the balcony, with a sunshade and a side table with two chairs, overlooking the condominium garden; a double bedroom (with the possibility of an additional single place or camping bed upon request); a full bathroom with shower and bidet. The laundry area also houses a broom, dustpan, mops, bucket, cleaning bowls (at your expense). NEW: high chair for the baby available. Bedding and towels are provided; in the bathroom you will also find toilet paper, hand soap dispenser, shower-shampoo, hairdryer, sanitizing detergent and new sponges. Air conditioning in living room and ceiling fan, with remote control, in the bedroom complete with integrated lighting adjustable for bright intensity and color gradation. Smart TV with the possibility of using the personal accounts of the main streaming platforms thanks to the Fire Stick connected to the HDMI port. Guest access All areas of the apartment are at the disposal of guests except for a small locked storage room. Access to the house will only be allowed after each guest has provided a photograph of their identification document or related details. For further clarification it is recommended to read carefully the "house rules". Other things to note There is a concierge service with varying times depending on the season; from the concierge you walk through the garden to the Stairway where the apartment is located, which has a step on the door and then 7 steps before the elevator.
