Welcome to this cozy Lidköping gem. Within walking distance, you can reach the beach, swimming, beautiful beach promenade, shops, cafés, restaurants, clothing and food stores, museums and beautiful nature. The accommodation is bright and modern and equipped with two balconies. The area is quiet and safe. By car, you can easily get to magical local attractions such as Läckö Castle, Spikens fishing village and Kinnekulle with its charming cafés, viewing towers and hiking trails. 200 meters from the accommodation, you can hop on the train to Gothenburg (1.5 hours). The space This magical accommodation offers four rooms and a kitchen as well as two large furnished balconies. Three bedrooms, (one double bed, 160 cm) in the master bedroom, as well as two 90 cm beds in the two other bedrooms, but one of the beds can be divided into two mattresses). New and fresh tiled bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine and dryer. Kitchen and living room with a small wall divider. TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms Desk in the two smaller bedrooms. There is the possibility to sleep on the large sofa in the living room as well as on an extra higher air mattress. The accommodation is smoke and pet free. Guest access My guests will have access to all the rooms except one that I, as the host, use as storage. 1 wardrobe or dresser in each bedroom is available. The cabinets, wardrobes and shelves that the guest cannot use will be clearly marked "private". Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking, as is the entire property and the surrounding courtyard. It is forbidden to invite anyone other than the guests specified in the rental and to have a party in the apartment. Garbage is sorted and thrown in the garbage house right across the yard. In the courtyard there is a small sandpit with swings and a bowling alley.
