The Duna Blu apartments fully satisfy the desire for a beach vacation. DunaBlu, in the heart of Duna Verde, is priceless for the context it offers, an authentic place where families feel good and feel safe. The garden is huge, with plenty of space to have fun and with corners dedicated to play and relaxation. The Duna Blu apartments are newly built, with brand new furnishings, mosquito nets and air conditioning. The rooftop pool has showers and amenities. Elevator. The space The apartment Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two terraces and a wonderful living room with a kitchen complete with a dishwasher, induction hob, a table with six chairs inside, a sofa bed and a loggia with an outdoor table. Eating all your meals outdoors will be a really enjoyable experience. The windows are double glazed, with electric shutters and mosquito nets. You will find air conditioning and chandeliers with a built-in fan. Guests can access the entire garden, use the sun loungers, tables, etc., or freely access the swimming pool on the fourth floor. There are three elevators, and it's so easy to both get home and get to the pool. Guest access All spaces are accessible to guests free of charge. The pool is not supervised, there is no security and/or lifeguard service.  Use of the  swimming pool is reserved for registered guests, the timetables are displayed at the entrance with the rules for use (in short: the rooftop swimming pool is accessed both from the stairwell and by elevator. Minors must be accompanied). On the ground floor, in the external stairwells of Villa Malta and Villa Creta, there are washing machines for free use by guests. Other things to note Guests are advised to take note of some practical aspects and extra costs not included in the price paid through Airbnb. Some extra costs, such as the tourist tax, are not included in the price paid so as not to aggravate the advance with the percentage of the commission (about 20%) applied by Airbnb. Other costs are solely intended to enforce the rules. For example, punctured bags, spills, or bins left full of garbage cause bad smells and attract insects or stray animals.  In the residential complex, there are convenient garbage cans, where guests can deposit the tightly closed bags at any time, so they never have to keep the garbage in the house. Similarly, the optional costs for emptying the bins in the house and rearranging the dishes and furniture are necessary because they interfere with the cleaning and preparation times of the accommodation at each change of guest, slowing them down. Others (linen rental, beach place, additional guest, consumption costs, parking, etc.) are simple refunds at cost price.  TOURIST TAX  The tourist tax is €1.30 per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights, and is payable in cash upon arrival. There are exemptions and reductions depending on the age of the children, residence, and physical conditions.  DEPOSIT  A security deposit of €200 is required to guarantee compliance with the rules set out in the listing, to be paid in cash upon arrival with the tourist tax. CHECK-IN - CHECK-OUT  Check-in, always by appointment, is free from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please anticipate via message any special needs for arrivals and departures outside the standard time, bearing in mind that a supplement may be charged (to reimburse the travel expenses to the person who will come to welcome you in the 'outside hours') of €20 for arrivals after 9:00 p.m. and €40 for subsequent ones. EXTRA GUESTS  The price shown refers to the number of guests shown in the listing. Any extra guests, if authorized, pay a supplement of €15 per day per person, from 2 years; €10 per person up to 24 months. BLANKETS  The apartment is equipped with blankets and bedspreads. SHEETS AND TOWELS  Please note that the price does not include the supply of linen (sheets and towels).  Upon request and while supplies last, we can provide linen for a fee of €12 per person for each change. The request must be made in advance to give us a way to organize ourselves. For hygiene reasons, guests are required to use the sheets. If guests do not use them, a fee of €100 will be charged to sanitize the mattresses and pillows, plus laundry costs for the protective sheets. BEACH SPOT  The beach is both free and equipped with sun loungers and parasols. It is about 250/300 meters from DunaBlu. We can also provide a beach spot, at a cost of €18 per day for an umbrella and two sunbeds, by reservation and while places last.  PAYMENT OF EXTRAS - REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT  All extras must be paid in cash upon arrival to the person who will come to welcome you, with the tourist tax and the security deposit.   Check-out is always by appointment, and the standard time is from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. It is recommended to bring forward the time for checking the apartment and returning the deposit.  In the event of early departures, or in any case when the appointment has not been agreed, the deposit will be returned as soon as possible, by bank transfer to the IBAN that will be provided, with a bank fee to be paid by the guest. PARKING SPACE INSIDE THE GARDEN  DunaBlu is served by a free public parking lot located in front of the entrance gate at Via Brazza 59.  It is possible, until the spaces are full, to park a car in the parking space inside the garden, in front of the entrance to the apartment, at a cost of €3.00 per day. The parking lot is not guarded and we are not liable for any damage to the vehicle or its contents. WASTE  In the dedicated area (near the gates on Via Brazza) there are bins for separate collection. Waste must be placed in closed bags (so as not to dirty the bins) and sorted: - organic waste,  - paper and cardboard,   - plastic  - glass and cans/aluminum  - non-recyclable waste  The area is under video surveillance to discourage the spreading of waste or undifferentiated storage. In the event of a violation, €50 will be deducted from the deposit. REST HOURS  It is recommended to keep sound equipment (radio, TV, video, etc.) and voices at a low volume, to preserve the quiet. From 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., please be quiet. CAMERAS  There is a video surveillance system for security exclusively on the outdoor area (garden, parking, swimming pool). COTS, SIDE RAILS AND HIGH CHAIRS  Cots, high chairs and safety rails for small children are provided free of charge, upon request in advance (in order to be able to organize ourselves), while supplies last. PETS  Small pets, trained to stay indoors, are allowed, and only upon request and authorization. Pets must have their own kennel and cannot climb on the beds or sofa. In the event of a pet stay, an extra €30 per week or fraction of a week is due. Pets are not allowed in the pool. In common areas they must be kept on a leash or in the carrier.  Pet owners are obliged to collect the droppings made in the garden because the free space is frequented by other guests who could walk around barefoot. GAMES - SWIMMING POOL - ELEVATORS Minors must be supervised by an adult, who assesses the suitability and safety,  in the use of the games, the unsupervised pool, and may not use the elevator unless accompanied by an adult. Duna Blu di Sfere declines all responsibility for any accidents, injuries or damages, informing that no type of surveillance is provided.
