Coeur de lavande gîte

Surrounded by meadows and lavender fields, the Coeur de Lavande gîte is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing vacation, with family or friends. Located in Drôme Provençale, just 30 minutes from Nyons, Dieulefit and Saou, you can discover the riches of our beautiful region: typical Provençal markets, hilltop villages, hikes, vineyards... With a surface area of 200 m2, the rooms are pleasant and spacious. The plus: the 10x5 swimming pool and the many services included. The space On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. A hallway leads to a laundry room and a separate toilet. The spacious and bright living room thanks to its many bay windows will offer you a space for relaxation and games thanks to its large library, board games and foosball. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms of 15 m2 (1 bed of 160 x 200 and 4 beds of 90 x 200), 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The beds are made upon arrival. Complete baby equipment is available on request: baby bed with real mattress, highchair, bathtub, changing mat, bottle warmer... From the kitchen and living room you can access the covered terrace with its outdoor furniture and plancha. The 10x5 swimming pool is secured by a barrier and an alarm. It is heated in the off-season by solar thermal panels (depending on the weather). It is shared with us, the owners (we do not swim at the same time as our vacationers). Available: sun loungers with mattresses and pool games: balls, noodles... Bring your pool towels. We live on site in the townhouse, which allows us to welcome you, show you the gîte and be available if needed. In July and August, reservations are by the week from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year the gîte is bookable from 3 nights any day. In order to offer you a relaxing vacation, the following are included in the price: sheets, towels, linens and cleaning! Also available are cleaning products and essentials to start your stay: olive oil, vinegar, salt/pepper, coffee/tea, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper... Guest access By car: Coming from Paris or Lyon, on A7 exit at Valence Sud (exit 15) then follow Crest, Bourdeaux (D70), Bouvières. Going down the Col de la Sausse, 3rd turn on your left at the sign for the cottage. Coming from Nyons or Rémuzat, go to Les Pilles then go up to Condorcet, Saint-Ferréol-Trente-Pas and follow the direction of Bouvières. The gîte is located at the foot of the Col de la Sausse. Other things to note Upon arrival, a security deposit of 500 euros will be required. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay if no damage has been found.
