Located in the heart of Stari Grad on the beautiful island of Hvar, our apartment offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and authentic Dalmatian charm. The apartment accommodates up to six people, making it ideal for a family or a group of friends. This was our family home, built in the early 20th century and has been lovingly renovated to preserve a part of our beautiful family history within it. The space The house features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for guests. The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. There are two terraces: a large, sunny terrace with an awning, ideal for relaxing during the day, and a smaller terrace perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Additionally, the house includes an enclosed courtyard, offering a private outdoor space for you to enjoy. Situated just a short walk from the sea, beaches, and numerous restaurants, our apartment allows you to fully enjoy your vacation. Stroll through the ancient stone streets, explore local tourist attractions, or simply bask in the sun and swim in the crystal-clear waters, all just minutes away. The recommended capacity is 4 adults and 1-2 kids or 4-5 adults. Please indicate the exact number of people (including kids of any age) while making a reservation. We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the data protection regulations of the Republic of Croatia, it will be necessary to provide personal identification documents during the reservation and check-in process at our accommodation. This includes your full name, type and number of personal identification document, gender, country and address of residence, as well as date of birth and nationality. These data will be collected for the purpose of registering tourists in the information system of the Croatian Tourist Board - eVisitor, in accordance with the Law on Sojourn Tax (National Law 152). Personal data is collected solely for statistical processing and will be used by relevant public authorities, including the Ministry of Tourism, tourist inspection, Ministry of Internal Affairs, and Ministry of Finance - Customs authorities.
