Guest access The pool and gym are accessible on the 9th Floor (free of charge for the first 4 guests). Other things to note PARKING: Parking slots inside the building can be reserved in advance (preferably 2-5 days before check-in). Slot owners generally charge PhP 300.00 for overnight stays (flat rate). Paid street parking is also accessible directly in front of the building, but availability may vary. Local residents typically manage these spaces and charge between PhP 50.00 to PhP 100.00 for overnight parking. ⚠️ Please note that street parking is at your own risk. Free parking is available in most areas within the premises, particularly along the Tomas Morato strip in front of establishments like Hop Inn, 7-eleven, Il Terrazo and Terraces/Via Mare, which is just a short walk from the main entrance. *For long stays, please reach out to the contacts I'll provide in advance to arrange parking.
