The 40 m² PRUNE 3* gîte can accommodate 2 people, 3 max (on the sofa bed). It is equipped with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a sleeping area equipped with a 160 x 190 bed and a sofa bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Outside, you have a private terrace equipped with garden furniture and an umbrella and 2 deck chairs. You will be able to park your car in the covered parking lot of the property which is fully fenced and closed. The space The Prune cottage, a 3* rated furnished tourist accommodation, is 40 m² and can accommodate 2-3 people. You have a fitted and equipped kitchen area, a sleeping area with a 160/190 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower. Outside, you have a fenced terrace with garden furniture, parasol, 2 deck chairs and 1 barbecue. Guests can take advantage of the heated pool with free access from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guest access Access to the cottage on the estate is located at the rear of the main house. The La Belle Charentaise estate is fully fenced and closed by an electric gate. You can park your vehicle in the covered parking lot. Other things to note Sheets are provided free of charge and beds are made upon arrival. We only accept small dogs, for compatibility concerns with our little Yorkshire. We do not accept cats. Pets will be accepted upon prior request. The pool is shared with the owners and vacationers present during your stay. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or around the pool. I can provide you with a baby bed and high chair in the accommodation, if needed.
