The bedroom has AC, no AC in living room. This apartment is on the first floor, street noise is expected. The apartment offers a central location across the street from San Cristobal Fortress. The building doesn’t have a power generator, in case of utilities companie’s outages the host will not be able to offer any refund or alternative accommodations. Guest access The apartment is on the first floor to the left of the entrance gate. Door Code 0327 Other things to note Late Check-out: We provide the option of a late check-out at a rate of $20 per hour. This allows you to extend your check-out time from the standard 11 AM to 2 PM. However, if you require an extension beyond 2 PM, a full extra day will be charged.
