To explore the surroundings, it is recommended to use a rental car, which can park in the gravel parking lot right in front of the house. Montuiri is only a few minutes away, and the nearest beach is half an hour away. The interior of "Son Costa" is a classic Mallorcan dream come true. Toughly plastered walls and carefully preserved natural stones, combined with dark wood, decorative tiles, and partly antique and rustic furniture, transport guests to another era, all while enjoying the modern conveniences expected on a perfect vacation. The house is extremely spacious, with some rooms separated by a few steps. You will find cozy living rooms on both the ground floor and the upper floors. The rooms, each individually decorated, offer a quiet retreat, and the spacious bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the others with a shower, are distributed throughout the house. The kitchen, spacious and well equipped, has a dining table that invites you to enjoy meals together. Guest access At the "Son Costa" estate, guests have access to diverse and charming areas of the accommodation, designed to provide a comfortable and memorable stay. These areas include: Gardens Extenso and Bellamente Ajardinado: A perfect space for strolling, relaxing and enjoying nature in a private and serene environment. Patio Aislado: Ideal for sitting and enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings, reading a book or drinking an outdoor drink. Covered Terrace: A welcoming place for outdoor breakfast or dining under the shelter, no matter the weather conditions. Sunny Terrace on the Rooftop: Offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, perfect for sunbathing or just relaxing with the breathtaking views. Pool and Terrace with Tumbonas: An ideal area for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing by the water. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, a nice wall, an impressive gate and vegetation that ensures the safety of small children. Other things to note Below, we detail the additional costs applicable during your stay at the "Son Costa" estate: Security deposit To ensure the care and maintenance of the "Son Costa" estate, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 300€. This deposit is used as a security deposit and will be returned by bank transfer within a maximum of 24 hours after check-out, once it has been verified that there is no damage to the property and that all house rules have been complied with. Tourist Tax (Ecotasa): A tourist tax of €4.40 per person per night will be charged. This ecotasa is a contribution to the preservation and improvement of the environment and cultural heritage of Mallorca. Children up to 12 years of age do not pay this tax. These charges will be added to the total cost of your reservation and will be paid in cash upon check-in.
