Welcome to our charming and spacious apartment, ideal for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city! 🏙️ The apartment is located on the 3nd floor, inside Palais-Royal Garden near Opera House, 1 minutes to get to Deribasovskaya St. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for both short and long stays. The space 🛋 How many beds are there? Two - double bed + sofa bed 🚿 What kind of bathroom? It is combined. 🧼 Is there a washing machine? Is there a Cloth Dryer Stand? Yes. 💨 Hair dryer? Is there an iron? Ironing board? Yes. 🍳Kitchen? The kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, kettle, oven, coffee machine, microwave oven, basic dishes, cutlery, sugar/salt/oil/tea. 🆒 Air conditioning? Yes. 🛏 Bed linen and towels? Yes, included for the stated number of guests. Additional sets are available at an additional fee. 🧴 Hygiene products? Basic - toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. All the necessary cleaning chemicals are also present. Guest access 🗺 Infrastructure 🛗Is there an elevator in the building? No, there is no elevator. The apartment is on the 3nd floor of 4 floors. 🅿️ Parking? We do not offer parking services, but there is paid parking (30 UAH/hour, free at night and on weekends) near the house. Whether to look for free parking in nearby streets. The nearest covered parking is the Athens shopping center. 🌊 How far is it to the sea (for example, Lanzheron)? The sea is 30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car. 🗑 Where to throw away garbage? Garbage cans are usually near the house, 70-100 meters away. 🛑 Shelter in case of air raid? There is an information booklet in the apartment with detailed information. But I recommend the Opera House shelter, it's good. Other things to note 🕓 Check in/out? Self check-in with mini-safe. Check-in after 14:00, check-out before 11:00. Earlier/later check-in/out is possible for an additional fee and by prior arrangement, please specify :) 🧳 There is no luggage storage. We are an apartment, not a hotel. You can use either the Railway Station. 🚭 Smoking: - Prohibited in the apartment. - Do not smoke even icos, vapes, e-cigarettes. 🔌 Important: - Unplug the kettle, air conditioner, chargers and other devices when you leave the apartment. - We have blinds in our bedrooms, but they do not block the light completely, like blackout curtains. 🐾 We love animals, but this apartment is not for them.
