The house has been a family home and is now available for others to share. It's open fire, period features and its well-loved, lived-in feel, combine to ensure this group accommodation in Northbourne is the perfect stay for friends and family. The space A characterful, period house near Deal and Sandwich. Multiple Reception Rooms Take your pick from a number of reception rooms. Relax in front of the log fire with a good book, there is a snug for children to play and another separate TV room....something for everyone. Kitchen The Kitchen is large and welcoming and a great space to gather together to prepare meals and enjoy a glass of something. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large Falcon range cooker, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers a separate freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen table seats 12 people and the kitchen has access to the extensive front lawn, complete with sea views! Bedrooms There are two super king bedrooms, one double bedroom and three twin bedrooms. Bathrooms There is an en-suite bathroom to the main bedroom with freestanding shower and separate bath. Second bathroom with roll top bath and shower attachment. Third bathroom with roll top bath and shower attachment Guest access Private off-road parking is available on the grounds and is shared with its sister property The White House. There is a large lawn to the front of the house, accessible by both properties and a large private garden with outdoor eating area to the rear. Other things to note Please note, The Old Mill House can be booked with its sister property The White House, please contact me if you would like to arrange a booking of both houses for up to 20 guests. There is ground floor access for 1 twin bedroom and WC, but please note there is no shower or bath. Golfing, sailing, cycling and walking, seal boat trips, paddle boarding, wake boarding, can all be arranged. Pets charged at £30 each. No more than 2 dogs, unless pre-agreed with host.
