Relax in this calm, stylish space. Pocklington is a lovely market town outside of York. This is my part-time home so, there's everything you need, including games, kitchen essentials, a comfy king size bed & 2 parking spaces. The cosy living room has a large dining table and a double comfy sofa bed. Perfect if you like a bold, colourful and clean place to stay. * This ground floor flat is not suited for most people with mobility issues. There is a sofa bed & the main bed is on a platform. The space You enter into a small entrance, with space for shoes and coats. Then a corridor, which leads to the bathroom. Then you will come to the main room of the house, which is an open living, dining and kitchen area. Off to the side is the main bedroom. Outside you will find a lovely covered seated area in my garden, which you are free to use as you wish. Guest access There is a kitchen, open dining & living room, main bedroom and bathroom. The spare room will remain shut to all new bookings (unless you booked before January 2025, which I have contacted you directly). This room will now be for me to store my personal belongings as this is my part-time home as well :) The side-garden and front garden belong to this flat, however there is a back garden through a small low gate (the only part painted green) which belongs to the upstairs neighbour so please do not enter this area.
