The space The apartment, with its modern and well-organized furnishings, will give you a pleasant holiday stay. The apartment is located on the first floor and the panoramic terrace with a heated Jacuzzi is situated on the second floor. Living Area: It consists of a living room and kitchen area with a balcony overlooking the lake. The comfortable living room features a 65-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Youtube. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to prepare a tasty meal. It includes an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, various utensils, and a comfortable table for 4 people. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom, with a Queen Size bed, is perfect for quality rest after a long day of visiting the artistic beauties of Lake Garda. Twin Bedroom: The twin bedroom, with two single beds, is perfect for quality rest after a long day of fun on Lake Garda. Additionally, there is a private bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The main bathroom has complete facilities including a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. Panoramic Terrace: The terrace overlooks Lake Garda and offers unforgettable emotions with its stunning sunsets and a small heated pool that can accommodate up to 4 people, available for all our guests. There are also 4 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas available. The house is perfect both in summer and winter as it has independent heating with underfloor heating in winter and a cooling system through two air conditioners: one in the living area and one in the sleeping area. Linen is included in the price and includes: sheets, blankets, and finely selected towels. It also has Wi-Fi connection with FWA technology, fast and perfect for enjoying streaming movies or video calling your loved ones. Below the house, there is an uncovered private parking with a charging station for electric cars at an additional cost. Upon request and for a fee, you can have a garage 10 minutes' walk from the apartment. There are some free parking spaces along the street. It is the ideal accommodation for families, friends, religious pilgrimages, and business trips, and is particularly recommended for couples as it exudes a very romantic atmosphere. Please note that as of mid-March 2026, the terrace pool no longer has the hydromassage function and is now used only to heat the water. We are currently evaluating how to manage the replacement of the tub, which will most likely take place at the end of the 2026 summer season.
