The space The Space A newly completed open concept basement apartment with double doors and 4 large windows filled with natural sunlight and so cozy to make you feel at home away from home. No shared areas the space is entirely yours during your stay. Living room: The living room has a coffee table, sofa, blankets, and a pillow to make you feel cozy. It also has a 65-inch flat screen smart HD TV with Netflix and Amazon prime setup and is ready to watch. Kitchen: There is a full kitchen with a fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, air fryer, kettle (water boiler) rice boiler, cookwares, pots, coffee, basic spices and more. Bedroom: A very comfortable queen size bed with pillows and extra blankets. It also has a work station with a computer desk and chair. Washroom: Beautiful three piece washroom equipped with soap, towels, washcloth, hair dryer, and more to make your stay very comfortable. Dining: There is a dining area with a glass table and 4 beautiful chairs to enjoy your meals. Backyard: Relax outside on the patio and swing, also enjoy the quietness of our neighborhood. Laundry: The laundry machine is available for stays 4 days and above. Security: There are security cameras at the entrances of the property to provide safety for our guests. Young family with 2 lovely boys ages 6 and 9 occupy the upper level of the house. How to access the apartment: Park on the left parking spot on the driveway and kindly use the left side entrance to access the back of the building for the door. Garbage: Please dispose of garbage and recycling in the bin provided under the sink. There are also garbage bags provided under the sink. Guest access Guest have full private access to the suit via the walkout entrance. Access is available through a lockbox code. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. No smoking inside. You can smoke in the patio area.
