It is a very small unit located in an efficiency in 'Little Haiti" in Miami. Comparable to lodges located in national parks. It has minimal comfort and it is designed for economical short stays providing privacy. We put in significant effort to maintain the place but is located on a ground floor in a hot and humid area so it is never perfect. It is thoroughly treated by Orkin pest control but It is surrounded by tropical trees so there can be insects. free street parking Other things to note It is located on the south side of Little Haiti. Please ensure that the location is convenient for your stay. There are 3 beds: 1 queen bed and 1 daybed with a trundle. The kitchen includes: a cooktop only (no oven), a microwave, and a compact refrigerator. We want to ensure our guests are not disappointed. Before booking, please make sure that it is a good fit for you. We set the price very low so it is always booked and we want to make sure that our guests don’t get disappointed. We are set on nonrefundable We are located on the south side of LITTLE HAITI, very close to the design district. less than 5 minutes drive to midtown, Buena Vista, Biscayne boulevard or Wynwood. It is less than 10 minutes to Brickell. There are bus stops close by and Uber pool is usually cheap. Little Haiti is not a luxury style area but many travelers like to stay here as it is close to everything, very quiet, pretty and green, with free parking all around the property. We are usually fully booked. Many of our guests book again and several corporations stay here every time they come to Miami. You should find many informations and images on the web so you can make sure that it is a good fit for you. It is really important for us that you have a great stay in Miami so I want to make sure that you pick the right place for you. The unit is usually always booked and as we are not allowed to cancel, we do not allow cancelation.I like to spend time here as it is quiet and close from everything and I am even building an office at this location. Despite it is a humble neighborhood, it is becoming trendy and since few years we see some fancy cars in front of the properties of some of our neighbors.  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: We do our job in a responsible & ethical way. No refund for insects or geckos. - Please make sure that the listing description, the layout of the beds and the type of beds meets your expectations.  - The check in is from 5pm. When we accept a booking we ask for the full legal names of all the additional guests. Only the guests on the booking are allowed at the property.
