Restaurants, theatre, library, museums, university are within a five minute drive. Easy freeway access to 10, 94, & 96. The space Fully renovated, this classic house has three bedrooms with large closets, XfinityWiFi, an office for your work needs, a gorgeous bathroom with all the amenities, including heated floors, towel warmer, walk in shower with rainfall shower head and a wand. The kitchen has a gas stove, small appliances such as Keurig coffee maker, Instapot, air fryer, and toaster, microwave, and more. The dining room is located off the kitchen and is a cozy place to eat meals in peace or with music, or switch it up and have a meal in the den, which overlooks the backyard. Meals to be eaten in the dining room or back den only. No food or drinks allowed upstairs. The living room has a comfortable leather sectional for guests to hang out, watch TV, read a book or listen to music. Please note all bedrooms and full sized bathroom are located on the second floor. When cooking please be sure to use the vent to help reduce smells in between guests. Please be sure to clean up after yourselves. Please note we do not allow weapons of any sort, on the property, even if you are a licensed gun holder. No guns, no knives, no weapons of any kind. No drugs. NO SMOKING. Smoking is outside in the designated smoking area only. Please do not smoke near doors and windows. Guest access You have full access to the backyard, and the whole house except the attic and basement locked storage. SMOKING OUTSIDE IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY. Other things to note Beautiful LaSalle Gardens Park just two block away. Park provides beautiful flowers, jogging path, bench seating and books to share. We have two twin size air mattresses available if needed. Fully automated, just turn on to fill up or let out air. Sheets available as well. 1 hour late checkout available for $25. 1 hour early check-in available for $25. Lost house keys will result in a $150 charge per key. There is no smoking allowed in the house of any kind, vaping included. There is a $500 fee for smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking in the backyard designated smoking areas only.
